【摘要】:(1)EN1991-1-6providesprinciplesandgeneralrulesforthedeterminationofactionswhichshouldbetakenintoaccountduringtheexecutionofbuildingsandcivilengineeringworks.NOTE1ThispartofEN1991maybeusedasguidanceforthedeterminationofactionstobetakenintoaccountfordifferenttypesofconstructionworks,includingstructuralalterationssuchasrefurbishmentand/orpartialorfulldemolition.FurtherrulesandguidanceisgiveninAnnexesA1,A2andB.NOTE2RulesconcerningthesafetyofpeopleinandaroundtheconstructionsiteareoutofthescopeofthisEuropeanstandard.Suchrulesmaybedefinedfortheindividualproject.(2)ThefollowingsubjectsaredealtwithinthispartofEN1991.Section1:GeneralSection2:ClassificationofactionsSection3:DesignsituationsandlimitstatesSection4:RepresentationofactionsAnnexA1:Supplementaryrulesforbuildings(normative)AnnexA2:Supplementaryrulesforbridges(normative)AnnexB:Actionsonstructuresduringalteration,reconstructionordemolition(informative)(3)EN1991-1-6alsogivesrulesforthedeterminationofactionswhichmaybeusedforthedesignofauxiliaryconstructionworksasdefinedin1.5,neededfortheexecutionofbuildingsandcivilengineeringworks.NOTEDesignrulesforauxiliaryconstructionworksmaybedefinedintheNationalAnnexorfortheindividualproject.GuidancemaybefoundintherelevantEuropeanstandards.Forexample,designrulesforformworksandfalseworksaregiveninEN12812.
