【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsofmeasurementofelectricalpowerconsumptioninstandbymode.Itisapplicabletomainspoweredelectricalhouseholdappliancesandtothemainspoweredpartsofappliancesthatuseotherfuelssuchasgasoroil.Thisstandarddoesnotspecifysafetyrequirements.Itdoesnotspecifyminimumperformancerequirementsnordoesitsetmaximumlimitsonpowerorenergyconsumption.Theobjectiveofthisstandardistoprovideamethodoftesttodeterminethepowerconsumptionofarangeofappliancesandequipmentinstandbymode(generallywheretheproductisnotperformingitsmainfunction).Thisstandarddefines“standby”modeasthelowestpowerconsumptionwhenconnectedtothemains.Thetestmethodisalsoapplicabletootherlowpowermodeswherethemodeissteadystateorprovidingabackgroundorsecondaryfunction(e.g.monitoringordisplay).AnnexAprovidessomeguidanceontheexpectedmodesthatwouldbefoundforvariousapplianceconfigurationsanddesignsbasedontheircircuitryandlayout,butthestandarddoesnotdefinethesemodes.Therelevantlowpowermodes(inadditiontostandbymode)towhichthistestprocedureisappliedshouldbedefinedbyperformancestandardsofappropriateappliances.Asanexample,IEC62087specifiesarangeofmodesforTVs,VCRsandsimilarequipment.NOTE1Themeasurementofenergyconsumptionandperformanceofappliancesduringintendedusearegenerallyspecifiedintherelevantproductstandardsandarenotintendedtobecoveredbythisstandard.NOTE2Theterm“appliances”inthisstandardmeanshouseholdappliancesorequipment.
